It’s Monday morning, and you shuffle into the office, to get to that important email you’ve been waiting for since 4:48 Friday afternoon. You place your cup of coffee next to the keyboard, punch in your username and password and open your mail program. And there it is… your first unproductive job of the day… sorting through piles and piles of email newsletters from the weekend.
After flicking through the emails, you find the mail you were actually looking for. But what to make of the mountain of email newsletters you have to contend with. You can go through them one by one and decide which ones to keep and which ones to throw. Or like me, open a new folder and dump them all in there for “future reference”.
